Execution

  1. 1Lie prone with legs straight
  2. 2Stabilize the pelvis to prevent anterior tilt
  3. 3Flex the test knee, bringing the heel toward the glute
  4. 4Observe hip lift or pelvic rotation
  5. 5Compare left vs right

  1. 1Observe from: lateral.
  2. 2Standardize start position and instructions.
  3. 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
  4. 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
  5. 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
