Execution
- 1Hold a light kettlebell or dumbbell at the chest
- 2Stand with feet shoulder-width apart
- 3Squat to depth with a controlled tempo
- 4Observe knee tracking, trunk angle, and foot stability
- 5Repeat 3-5 reps

- Depth
- Knee alignment
- Torso vertical
- Heels on the floor
Protocol
- 1Observe from: frontal, lateral.
- 2Standardize start position and instructions.
- 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
- 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
- 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
