Screen for Hawkins-Kennedy findings.

Execution

  1. 1Elevate the arm to 90 deg of shoulder flexion
  2. 2Flex the elbow to 90 deg
  3. 3Stabilize the shoulder and internally rotate the arm
  4. 4Observe pain or apprehension
  5. 5Compare sides

Protocol

  1. 1Observe from: frontal.
  2. 2Standardize start position and instructions.
  3. 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
  4. 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
  5. 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
