Execution

  1. 1Lie supine with hip and knee at 90 deg
  2. 2Stabilize the pelvis
  3. 3Move the lower leg inward to create hip external rotation
  4. 4Stop at end range without pelvic tilt
  5. 5Compare sides

  1. 1Observe from: supine.
  2. 2Standardize start position and instructions.
  3. 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
  4. 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
  5. 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
