Screen for Lat Length findings.

Execution

  1. 1Lie supine with knees bent and low back neutral
  2. 2Raise both arms overhead toward the floor
  3. 3Keep ribs down and avoid lumbar extension
  4. 4Observe whether the arms reach the floor
  5. 5Compare sides if tested separately

  1. 1Observe from: supine, lateral.
  2. 2Standardize start position and instructions.
  3. 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
  4. 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
  5. 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
