Execution

  1. 1Perform the trunk flexor endurance test (modified curl-up hold)
  2. 2Perform the trunk extensor endurance test (Sorensen hold)
  3. 3Perform right and left side bridge holds
  4. 4Record time to fatigue for each test
  5. 5Compare ratios and side-to-side differences
