- 4Record time to fatigue for each test
- 5Compare ratios and side-to-side differences

- Flexor endurance (isometric sit-up)
- Extensor endurance (Biering-Sorensen)
- Side bridge (side plank)
Protocol
- 1Observe from: lateral.
- 2Standardize start position and instructions.
- 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
- 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
- 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
