Execution

  1. 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart
  2. 2Raise arms overhead with elbows extended
  3. 3Perform 5-10 controlled squats
  4. 4Observe from frontal, lateral, and posterior views
  5. 5Note deviations during descent and ascent

  1. 1Observe from: frontal, lateral, posterior.
  2. 2Standardize start position and instructions.
  3. 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
  4. 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
  5. 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
