Pectoralis Minor Length Test
Assesses pectoralis minor length via acromion-to-table distance.

Screen for Pectoralis Minor length findings.
Execution
- 1Lie supine with arms relaxed at the sides
- 2Measure acromion-to-table distance at rest
- 3Optional: apply gentle posterior pressure over the coracoid to assess passive length change
- 4Compare sides
Key Observations
- Posterior acromion should rest close to the table
- Compare sides and note scapular anterior tilt
Protocol
- 1Observe from: superior.
- 2Standardize start position and instructions.
- 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
- 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
- 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
