Execution
- 1Have the client stand relaxed and barefoot
- 2Assess from the sagittal view first
- 3Assess from the frontal and posterior views
- 4Note head, shoulder, spine, pelvic, knee, and foot alignment
- 5Document asymmetries and deviations
Key Observations
- Head and shoulder alignment
- Spine curves (thoracic and lumbar)
- Pelvic position and symmetry
- Knee and foot alignment
Protocol
- 1Observe from: frontal, lateral, posterior.
- 2Standardize start position and instructions.
- 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
- 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
- 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
