Execution
- 1Lie prone with legs straight
- 2Activate glute and lift one leg slightly
- 3Keep the pelvis level and avoid lumbar extension
- 4Observe timing of glute vs hamstring activation
- 5Compare sides
Key Observations
- Normal order: glute -> hamstring -> erector
- Altered order suggests gluteal amnesia
Protocol
- 1Observe from: posterior.
- 2Standardize start position and instructions.
- 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
- 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
- 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
