Execution
- 1Stand on one leg near support
- 2Rise onto the ball of the foot with full plantarflexion
- 3Lower under control and repeat to fatigue
- 4Count total reps or time
- 5Compare sides
Key Observations
- Normal >25 repetitions
- Pain or weakness suggests pathology
Protocol
- 1Observe from: posterior.
- 2Standardize start position and instructions.
- 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
- 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
- 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
