Execution

  2. 2Perform a controlled squat to a comfortable depth
  3. 3Keep the knee tracking over the foot
  4. 4Observe pelvis and trunk stability
  5. 5Compare sides

  2. 2Standardize start position and instructions.
  3. 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
  4. 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
