  2. 2Hinge at the hip as the free leg reaches back
  3. 3Keep the spine neutral and hips square
  4. 4Return to standing with control
  5. 5Compare sides

  2. 2Standardize start position and instructions.
  3. 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
