Screen for Sleeper Stretch Tolerance findings.

Execution

  1. 1Lie on the side of the test shoulder
  2. 2Set the shoulder and elbow at 90 deg
  3. 3Stabilize the scapula against the surface
  4. 4Gently internally rotate the arm
  5. 5Note end range and tolerance

Protocol

  1. 1Observe from: lateral.
  2. 2Standardize start position and instructions.
  3. 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
  4. 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
  5. 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
