Execution

  1. 1Sit upright on the edge of a table
  2. 2Slump the spine and flex the neck
  3. 3Extend the knee and dorsiflex the ankle
  4. 4Observe symptom reproduction or relief with head position
  5. 5Repeat on the other side

  1. 1Observe from: lateral.
  2. 2Standardize start position and instructions.
  3. 3Perform 2-3 trials per side when applicable.
  4. 4Record key observations and any positive indicators.
  5. 5Compare left vs right when applicable.
