Execution

  1. 1Sit or stand tall with shoulders relaxed
  2. 2Slowly rotate the head to one side
  3. 3Pause briefly at end range
  4. 4Return to center and repeat to the other side
  5. 5Perform 2-3 sets of 5-8 reps each direction
