Soft tissue release for the posterior shoulder using a ball.

Execution

  1. 1Stand against a wall with a ball at the back of the shoulder
  2. 2Slowly roll over tender spots
  3. 3Hold pressure 20-30 seconds per spot
  4. 4Breathe slowly and stay relaxed
  5. 5Repeat 1-2 minutes per side
