Upper Trap/Levator SMR (Ball)

Ball release for upper trap and levator scapulae. Useful for chronic neck tension and FHP.

Execution

  1. 1Stand against a wall with a ball on the upper trap
  2. 2Lean into the wall to apply pressure
  3. 3Move the ball toward the neck for levator
  4. 4Hold 60-90 seconds on tender points
  5. 5Optional: slowly raise/lower the arm
